23:10. וְטִמֵּא אֶת־הַתֹּפֶת אֲשֶׁר בְּגֵי בֶני־הִנֹּם לְבִלְתִּי לְהַעֲבִיר אִישׁ אֶת־בְּנוֹ וְאֶת־בִּתּוֹ בָּאֵשׁ לַמֹּלֶךְ ׃

23:10. י וטמא את התפת אשר בגי בני (בן) הנם  לבלתי להעביר איש את בנו ואת בתו באש--למלך

23:10. The king ruined Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom so that no one could pass his son or his daughter through the fire to Molech.

23:10. Topheth was a place in the Valley of Hinnom's Son where people killed their children and burned them on an altar to honor the false god Molech. Josiah ruined that place so that no one could use it again.
